Our Workshop

One of the reasons the people of Teesside love our Stockton-on Tees based bike store is because unlike other local bike stores, we have our very own state-of-the-art workshop in store. Customers particularly enjoy the fact it boasts a large window looking out into the store which allows for the viewing of bike services, bike builds and bike repairs.

Features three work stands including an electric lift bike stand for e-bikes

It’s run by CyTech accredited mechanics

Features a Rozone parts washer for super cleans and degreasing without the use of harsh chemicals/solvents

Our team uses tools from market leading brands such as Park Tool and Wheels Manufacturing

There’s a huge range of parts in stock such as derailleurs, chains, cassettes, chainrings, bearings, bottom brackets, derailleur hangers, spokes, and axles.

We an approved Bosch E-Bike Service Centre capable of working on any Bosch-powered e-bike

Having worked in the cycle industry for quite some time and being cycling enthusiasts ourselves, we know how annoying it is when something breaks or feels off – even when it’s only small. That’s why we offer a comprehensive list of repairs we can do in our Stockton-based workshop.

Diagnostic consultations
